Preferential prices can be offered according to the number of visitors after signing of an agreement. In return, the trade professionals undertake to promote the Château d’Amboise to their clients.

Become a subscriber

We offer a subscriber card (valid for one year from the date of purchase) that gives you unlimited access to the château and several additional benefits, notably reduced prices in the shop and Café. You can buy the card at the château ticket office during opening times.

The château café

The château Café welcomes you every day in July and August to enjoy light meals (snack platters, salads, sandwiches, quiches, and desserts) and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). You can eat on the terrace or takeaway. During the rest of the year, we offer self-service machines serving hot and cold drinks and biscuits.

The Royal Château is in the heart of Amboise. Very close by, you will also find a wide choice of eating establishments to suit all budgets. With your subscriber card, you will be able to settle there as regulary as desired throughout the season while benefiting from a 5% discount!

The Royal Château of Amboise shop is open every day during visitor hours. Situated in the château’s former stables, which have been completely renovated, it offers a wide range of items (books, games, decorative objects…) and local products (Gien ceramics, local beer and wine, honey from the château’s hives…).
