The HistoPad, a new visit tool
Since February 2019, visitors have been witnessing the “Renaissance” of the royal castle of Amboise thanks to the Histopad, a new digital tablet visit medium. The visitor is offered a real immersion in history: he evolves in the middle of missing buildings; witness the changes in the layout of the royal residence over time; surprisingly finds in their place of origin masterpieces now preserved in museums around the world. He finally crosses the path of sovereigns and more modest personalities who have made history.

Did you know
Thanks to a disinfection cabinet provided for this purpose (automatic sterilization system by germicidal ultraviolet rays), the Histopads are systematically disinfected after each use.
